Getting the pin number

I'm trying to add a box. I go through all the steps then when I get to add a client. A statement of Network Operation is in progress. It may take up to 5 minutes. Then it just goes back to Whole-home with no pin number

I believe the PIN number comes up on the main receiver  and the number generated is input in the new client - or vice versa. If you go to “add client” it should direct you from there but I remember the PIN number Part being unclear.

One thing I know for sure is both the main and the client being added need to be on and you have to run from one to the other to complete the process.

In the past I have cleared this error by doing a red button reset on the main receiver, that's the only way I've been able to fix this.
