Genie won't playback a program on my "recordings list" now that I no longer subscribe to the channel

For Example, I recorded Game of Thrones.. when I renewed my package, I dropped HBO and changed to Starz. Now the 5 episodes of Game of Thrones will no longer play on demand. Now they should be stored on the dvr.. but are they really? During attempts to playback, it goes to an on demand channel.

Misleading to say the least.

Hey, @blonde1biker,

We understand that you have a concern about a recording not playing after you unsubscribe to network. Don't worry, we can help explain that.

When it comes to series that are viewable on demand, when you unsubscribe you will lose access to the on demand content. If it was a regular recording then it would be saved to DVR. Please let us know if that helps explain what happened here.
