Error code 775. Can't communicate with satellite dish

My box has lost communication with the satellite dish. I have restarted it and checked the cable connections. Even the one on the roof.

This message means that the dish isn't getting power. Sounds like you've checked the obvious stuff. Time to call for service. Call Centers are currently slammed due to coronavirus staffing issues. Be patient and keep trying.
