I cant get access via Directv Apps for mobile devices iphone or ipads . The App starts to load and then stops and get error messages 102 or 2001. The Directtv app use to work fine but inlast few months using mobile app is not usable. I have deleted apps from iphone and ipad multiple times and they display guide but wont let you watch live or prerecorded shows.

i cannot get access to Directv Apps for mobile devices . Get error messages 102 and or 2001. Deleted and reloaded apps multiple times. Get error message saying cant use because another mobile app is using, when no other device is on line. Havent been able to use Directv apps for months and contacted service desk multiple times to solve but no help .

I’ve spent over two hours on the line with customer service and could not get resolution. I have a mini receiver that is not working, there is no video or audio,  it has been refreshed, rebooted and everything else. I put another mini receiver on the same Tv and it works fine. Now I have a TV without a working receiver that I’m paying for. I can’t get customer service to send me a new receiver. I even have a monthly service agreement. Please, please help me.

What specifically isn't working with your receiver, are you getting error messages, are you not getting video or audio, or is it something else?

  • Did you try plugging the receiver in question into a different outlet?

  • Did you make sure the power supply was secure?

  • You may also want to check out some extra receiver troubleshooting steps.

Please read my message. I explained that I did everything. I cannot get it to power on/off manually or with remote, it won’t bring up any video or sound. I connected another working mini receiver and it works perfectly. The receiver is dead, does not work. I need a replacement obviously.
