I was experiencing a problem setting up my replacement receiver. I wasn't getting a signal on 103. After perusing this handy dandy troubleshooting guide for the past hour and a half, I stumbled upon a fix. I threw my cellphone directly at the TV and now I no longer have to worry about the signal strength any longer. Thanks DirecTv

@JaquesStrappe, well, there are probably better ways to solve the problem than destroying your TV 🙂

it seems that when i try to re-activate the discovery go channel and velicity channel over the internet via my roku that they can't verify whether or not that i have a direct tv satellite. the error message i get when i try to re-active these stations i get an error message of (idp.dtvce.com has been reset, so see if there is something you can do since it seems that some one on your end had to reset it

You are SOOOO overdue for a new change...Comcast or whatever.....you will enjoy fresh start, different features, new plan....out with that old...in with the new....Do it.........fun.....I think so,  I do....  I sure as heck would.........you've done your time.......Onward Ho.

I just replaced my DVR from Direct TV and AT &T came out and installed the Genie.  We get stalling pictures.  Also sometimes my remotes have a huge  delay and takes about 10 seconds to read I want to fast forward.  Totally horrible to try to watch something recorded.  Had a tech come out said it has to be the internet but I have high speed.40 mg but that is all used with other devises in the home and century link says that is why do not get full 40 when speed it tested.  He says he tested  the speed of my internet through his phone and only got like 12.  Is it my internet because I am not happy with the Genie stalling

Hey Directv! How about an update on the issue!  It would be much easier for everyone if you post updates rather leaving everyone hanging.  It's frustrating for us all.  What good is this website if it's one way communication.  I've been on hold calling, it's now 32 minutes and I'm not through the front door yet. Just post something for us! Thank you.

I have Directv Now app on my iPad. When I try to log in it says it cannot connect to the server and to try again. I've tried reloading the app, turning on and off the iPad and nothing works. Other apps work and my internet works.
