Direct tv equiptment scam

Cancelled direct and returned equiptment at my local ups store. Now direct is sending me to collections because they say they haven’t received it. This is a SCAM. I did return it.  Called them multiple times and they give me different answers every time. I’m DONE!!! Reporting them t!!!    [Edited to comply with Guidelines]

Check the receipt from UPS to make sure it matches the missing equipment and when it was delivered.

 

Not a scam, but certainly an issue somewhere along the way. Hope you get it sorted out.
