Can't watch santa tracker

Channel 110 (santa tracker) states that I have to update my Genie in order to view the channel. Why is this and what exactly does it mean? I tried calling the customer service number provided on my screen and they had no idea what I was talking about and said the channel is no longer provided- which I know not to be true. 

 

Website also says says this is an app on my smart tv but this app is not listed with my other ones.

We are sorry for your inconvenience.  We recommend resetting your DVR.  You also may need to refresh your service; you can follow this link to learn how.

 

Besides channel 110, there is a TV App, which you would access by pressing the right arrow on your remote.  The message you are getting is probably asking for your Genie to connect to your internet.  This Connect your Genie to WiFi article  will assist you with that.
