Box keeps losing connection
For the last several months now we can be watching tv and all of a sudden a screen comes up that says "Check that the device is connected properly, then try turning on the device by selecting the button below." Here's what it looks like:
It has happened at least a dozen times over the last week alone. We have never touched anything, we're just watching a program and this pops up. Then it goes through the receiver check, setup etc. Very annoying.
