I can't get a satellite signal. Peak says 0 on transponder 15. Adjust dish 3 degrees. No amount of adjustment on the dish changes signal.
It took 25 min to get a person on the troubleshooting customer service line.
Problem couldn't be fixed on the phone or by me. Service tech scheduled for Mon PM.
Direct TV tech says it is not their problem. My problem is that I missed my game
