All channels in guide say no information available

when I go into Guide all be channels say "To Be Announced" on all 3 direct TV receiver.  I have re-set all 3 receivers manually and automatically but nothing is working still.  This just happened 3 days ago

If those are your only receivers, you must have the genie 2 that is a server only with no tv’s directly connected. That is the box you need to reset.

Those are you Genie Mini Clients.

What model is your main Genie DVR? That's the one you need to reset.
