All channels in guide say no information available

Every single channel says no information available on my guide? I have reset it and tried typing in “clearmybox “ and it now can’t find the network connection. Football game in 15 mins. Please help

Hey @Griffin2,

 

We don't want you to miss a single yard, so let us help!

 

You may have to Refresh your DIRECTV equipment service authorizations. You can do this online, just follow these steps:

  1. Go to Account overview > My DIRECTV > Manage my plan.
  2. Choose Refresh service under Manage & learn about equipment.
  3. Select Refresh Receiver.
  4. Wait 5 minutes. Your DIRECTV service may be interrupted during the refresh process.

After 5 minutes, if refreshing didn’t fix the problem, try restarting your receiver. Learn how to reset your DIRECTV receiver.
