Not sure I understand your question.  Are you asking what's required to get 4K channels?  Minimum setup is HR54 Genie DVR with a C61K 4K Genie Mini Client connected to your 4K TV.

I don't know either. I have no access to your account. Take a look at the box and post back the model numbers.  Labels on rear/bottom panel and near access card.

I know this post is from a year ago, but just in case someone pulls it up looking for 4K info. And remember this is a public forum of other customers so we don't know what you have without you telling us.

Here is the 4K requirements for anyone who needs, including @markannon if they didn't upgrade in the last year.

HR54 Genie on non 4K tv (Can connect to a 4K tv, but will not provide the 4K feed to it).

C61K Mini Genie Client (wired only at this time) on 4K tv.

Remember Client has no tuner of its own, uses 1 from the Genie.

4K tv must support HDCP 2.2, HDMI 2.0, and 60 FPS

DirecTV Installation, 4K tv must be there

Package Select or above as of 12/15/2016 (used to be only Ultimate or Premier). So only the Family package will not get 4K service at all.

At this time there are only a couple channels in 4K (plus a few PPVs).

Even if you have multiple C61K or RVU clients, only one tv can be using a 4K channel at a time.

Consider getting a HDDVR (not-4K) instead of a Client as you get 2 tuners with 500GB recording space (as of HR24). More reliable, capable, and all for no difference in monthly cost.
