Why are shows all locked on discovery go app

I was able to view all shows on discovery go app but now they’re all mostly locked - why is this?

Thank you for reaching out on the forums! Have you tried to sign out of the app and then sign back in? You can also delete the app and then reinstall it to see if this resolves your concern. If you have additional questions please feel free to reach back out!

This does not work. I am having the same problem with Animal Planet GO. Signed out and back in. Deleted the app and added it again. All videos are still locked. What is especially frustrating is I was able to access their shows for about 24 hours, before they all became locked again. Super annoying!

why doesn’t the network or the app communicate by saying your subscription needs renewing or you need to ...

Why pay for channels if they suddenly decide that they are no longer available...with NO WARNING!
