Unable to access live tv on my direct tv app

My service was disconnected for a few hours. I paid the bill. Now my direct tv app will not allow me to watch live tv on the app. The error message tells me that i am currently not subscribed to this nerwork.i had no problems before the service was interrupted.

We're happy to help. Reset your receiver and troubleshoot the DirecTV app so that your system is refreshed. Then see if you're able to watch your programming on the app.
