The Directv App playlist is not updating

No new programs have appeared on the app playlist for over a week and I know some have been recorded. I am still able to watch live TV.

Have you tried reinstalling the app? Were there any changes made before this issue began?

That's your "solution?" Reinstalling the app? Instead of making us reinstall the app every time we have new programs to view, WHY DON'T YOU FIX THE APP?

No and I’m not going to try until I get home because I won’t be able to reconnect to the DVR unless I’m on the same network so I won’t be able to watch live TV either.  Stupid. Stupid. Stupid! You guys need to find a way to fix problems that occur away from home. For what I pay for Directv, Hulu Netflix et. al. looking better and better.
