Redirected between directv app and att.com

Search Results for: Why do I keep getting sent to att.com after signing in to directv, and why do I have to sign in again, and why is my sign in information not the same as it is for directv if att has taken over directv? This is driving me crazy. I cannot tell if I’m being redirected to false sites and my usernames and passwords are being scammed.

Hey, @Frustrated_in_ga. We'd be glad to help with your log in troubles.

 

It sounds like you might benefit from Combining your User IDs. This can make all of this simpler by just having one log in for all of your accounts.
