Pandora and iHeart app - no sound
The same symptoms appeared almost a year ago. Then disappeared after many discussions with Directv and new equipment provided by Directv.
The symptoms are back. When I go to the Pandora and iHeat app to listen to music, the proper video screens appear, however I receive an error message that reads "playback failed, No audio/video data packets received from server". I have reset the tower and the mini's several times. No solution to the problem. Can someone provide some guidance? Directv tech stated the mini's were NOT compatible with the tower, but the do NOT have any updated/compatible equipment that resolves this issue.
