No account returned from UPDA

I have Firestick on a tv. I have Roku on another. Both return the message No account returned from UPDA on NBC. Firestick returns it on NBC and Bravo. Since they're different products and different networks this is a satellite provider issue right? I have logged out and back in, turned them off, updated all apps and finally reset the Roku to the factory settings. And then, while putting in info for the reset Roku it asks for satellite provider and Directv is not listed. The closest thing listed is ATT uverse, which is not what I have. Nothing worked. Not really sure what to do from here.

We suggest that your refresh your receiver. This  will refresh everything including your channels and packages.

Refreshing the receivers did not help. I don't even know if this is a Directv issue. But both the Roku and Firestick return these message and Directv is my satellite provider.

Since this is for NBC, is your local affiliate working on the regular satellite channels or are you in a negotiation area? If in a negotiation area, then the app should not authorize it until the channel is returned.

If not in a negotiation area, try resetting your login for your DirecTV account. Sometimes this can force the communication to sync again, a occasional hiccup from when the DirecTV website merged with AT&T logins.
