Login not working for Fox Sports Go

We have a combined ATT DirectTV login that has a username and password. When I trying logging into my Fox Sports Go app it asks for DirectTV email address. We just have a username now. Please help! This is very frustrating. Thank you!

That doesn’t work either. Tried resetting password. Still no luck. Why is AT&T so lame at trying to fix this problem. Fox says it’s directv, directv says it’s fox. I believe it is not recognizing the email. Can any one fix this? Apparently not! Horrible and non existing support from AT&T. My friends have good, optimum, and they have no problem logging in. Please fix this...... SOMEONE! ANYONE!

@ATTCares You guys better FIX THIS SOON or I'm getting rid of YOUR Satellite SERVICES!  This is so ridiculous and NO ONE at your company seems to know how to fix it! JUST GIVE US A SOLUTION!

I called and got this resolved. If you have combined billing, log into your at&t account,.access your directv account profile, change your USER ID to an email address. This worked for me. I had a user id that was not an email address. I believe if you don’t have combined billing and just a directv account, go to your profile (log in settings) and change your user id to an email address, Good luck.

I suggest you call DirecTv and explain your situation. The person I got has resolved this problem many times, so she said. Good luck!

I’m having the same login issues w Fox sports go. Tried using my att username instead of the directv email that it asks for (never was given an directv email) and it won’t accept it, saying it was not a valid email.

Log into your account, change your username to an email address. It will work. Good luck.

Same problem. Not able to login from a mobile device. Tried talking with "Tech Support" which not surprisingly, was like peeing into the wind.   That said, I decided to login to Fox Sports Go from my desktop to see if my results were the same.  Well, to my surprise, the results were totally different!!!  It actually recognized my Direct TV login credentials and allowed me in.  Now that's great and all, however, my goal all along was to login from a mobile devise. So, after thinking about it, I thought maybe they need DTV customers to first login via a desktop to "authenticate" the account and then you'd be able to login via a mobile devise.  Well.... I'm happy to report, that worked for me.  I was able to login via my tablet no problem.

DOES NOT WORK. keeps requiring email address and then tells you it’s incorrect.
