Just wondering

Ive had my direct tv a week before my sister inlaw and she got her 100$ gift card and I didmt yet why not mynes been over 30 days I got it back in. The beginning of Jan

Did you get your reward claim in the mail? Did you make any changes to you account recently? Did you track your reward online? You can track your reward card via the reward center using your account number and zip code or your claim number.

To get started, we suggest that you call our team at 800 288 9983, 7:00am to 7:00pm (CST), Monday through Friday to ask all reward related questions.
