HBO Max

I received an e-mail that said HBO Max is included with my AT&T Internet 1000 plan.  I followed the steps to sign in with AT&T as my provider but it says that it cannot verify my subscription and confirm that you activated your HBO Max account with AT&T.

Hey, @b_shepler. We'd be glad to help you stream your HBO Max.

 

We'd recommend checking to make sure it's activated on your account already, which you can do by following these steps:

  • Log into your myAT&T profile.

  • If it says Activate your HBO Max:

    1. Activate your HBO Max account by clicking Activate HBO Max.

    2. The HBO Activation page will load. Select Setup My Account.

    3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

  • If it says Start Watching Now:

    1. You have already activated your HBO Max account.

    2. Try accessing the HBO Max app or hbomax.com and sign in using your AT&T User ID and Password.

      • If you get an unsubscribed message with your AT&T credentials, click forgot User ID and follow the steps.

    3. If you do not remember your password, select Forgot Password to reset your password.

Please give these steps a try, and let us know if it still won't let you sign in, or if we have to try something else.
