Galaxy Note+

Is anyone else having or had difficulty with connecting their note to the app for downloading shows from the DVR? How did you resolve the problem? It keeps telling me that my DVR cannot be found...sigh... Tech support on the phone was not able to help!

Let us help you find a fix to this, @Hegwood8.


We suggest you start by resetting your receiver to fully refresh your system. Then you'll want to troubleshoot the app. Start with the section of the support article titled App Troubleshooting. If you're able to, we'd like for you to try connecting to the app on a different mobile device so we can determine if the problem is with your phone or if it's on our end.
