Fox Sports App Not Working With Regional Sports Channels

I cannot access my regional sports network (Fox Sports Southwest) through the Fox Sports app on my iPhone or Roku. The error message is get is that I need to contact my provider since the channel is not part of my subscription. All other Fox Sports channels (FSN1 FSN2 and BTN) work fine on the app. The regional sports channel works fine on my tv. I've escalated this issue several weeks ago and so far this has not been resolved. I've deinstalled/reinstalled the app but it will not work.

Hi @Stratman5150,

We appreciate you taking the time to make sure that we are aware of the issue and want you to know that we are already working toward a resolution as quick as possible. We apologize for this inconvenience.

This same thing is happening to me. I am unable to watch anything on Fox Sports Go, ESPN, or Fox Sports app because it says this is not part of my subscription. That is not true because I have the 300 package. I am paying for a service I expect to get the full extent of my service.

Has this been resolved by AT&T? I am experiencing a similar issue with Fox Sports Sun.

Reported it to Fox, AT&T and Directv. I’ve talked to probably 30 people on the phone, online chat and email. I’ve escalated the issue multiple times as well and no one has been any help. I’ve been lied to, saying the issue would be resolved and it never is. I was told escalations will not be worked unless it is a widespread outage. I will be canceling my Directv plan once my free credits run out in the fall. They truly don’t care about the customers.

It sounds like you’ve gone above and beyond to press them for a solution. I agree, AT&T has no intention of resolving this issue (it used to work fine before they bought DirecTV). As you suggested, finding a better provider is the only solution. Thanks for the update!
