Error code 100001 for directv app on android
My DirecTV app has not been working for the past 2 months . When I try to login it gives me error code 100001. I called about this issue about a month ago and was told that i would have a ticket created and will be fixed in 48 hours, it still has not been fixed. I've searched your forums and there are multiple people that are having the same issue. I am paying for a service that I cannot fully use and I'm not very happy about it. Does AT&T or DirecTV have a fix for this or you just want to get everybody the runaround.
