DirecTV login now wants to open AT&T TV...

Up until two days ago I had no issues with logging into my DirecTV app on my devices, but since then it thinks my credentials are for DirecTV Now (which one time years ago I did have a DTV Now account with same email), but I don't now.  I've tried to link my DirecTV account to my AT&T Wireless account.  I used my DTV account # and it says it couldn't validate my DirecTV and wants to send me to DirecTV.com and manage it there.  When I try to log into my DirecTV account online, it does the same thing and says I'm trying to access my AT&T account for AT&T TV.  I've talked to a DirecTV rep and they weren't able to assist as they cannot see our myATT app mirror.  (This is a feature that AT&T care has to help assist customers with managing myAT&T app issues.  

Anybody having similar issues or know what to do to fix this?

Have you cleared your cache and cookies on your device?

 

Have you tried using another device?

 

Have you reset your password?

 

We recommend that you find out your User ID to make sure that your using the right credentials. After this, we suggest that you reset your password because this may re sync your account.
