Directv Business Remote App drops receiver IP addresses daily
I have a business with 20 receivers, the app drops IP addresses daily, sometimes multiple times a day. I have uninstalled at app, cleaned the tablet of all unused applications, cleared memory, etc. and reinstalled the application. No change. Is there a fix? It was working fine up to a couple of weeks ago, now the problem is getting worse. Yesterday, 3 times it lost all IP addresses and even the names of a few of the boxes? This is getting frustrating.
