Directv Business Remote App drops receiver IP addresses daily

I have a business with 20 receivers, the app drops IP addresses daily, sometimes multiple times a day.  I have uninstalled at app, cleaned the tablet of all unused applications, cleared memory, etc. and reinstalled the application.  No change.  Is there a fix?  It was working fine up to a couple of weeks ago, now the problem is getting worse.  Yesterday, 3 times it lost all IP addresses and even the names of a few of the boxes?  This is getting frustrating.

Do you have internet service with us? If yes, Have you tried rebooting your gateway?

 

You can also use the smart home manager to diagnose and resolve issues with your internet as well as manage all devices on your network.
