I can’t get the Directv app for iPad to work, is it still working?

The DirecTV app for iPad is functioning and we have not had any recent outages. We may need to determine if the issue also affects our website. You can do this by going to Directv.com and attempting to sign in there. If you have no trouble we can start troubleshooting the app.
To begin we recommend making sure you have updated your iOS to the latest iOS 14 if possible.
Next we will follow these steps to ensure the application is ready to use.
