Directv app not working - error: missing user name
I can’t log in to my directv app. After typing in my user name and password I am taken to a “multiple accounts found” screen. After selecting the account I want to use and pressing continue, I am redirected to another page with an error pop up that says, “error: missing user name”.
On top of my app not working, our ondemand NEVER works. No matter the time of day or what it is I’m trying to watch, anytime I try to watch something on ondemand I get a “sorry! We have no programs at this time that match the filter you selected.”
