DirecTV App for iPad Crashing

The DirecTV app for iPad has stopped working and crashes each time I try to open. I have downloaded and deleted and downloaded again but still not resolving the issue. Directv now also doesn't work with the iPad and says unable to connect to server. Such a poor experience continued with AT&T.

We're always here to help! Were you able to login into the App before now? Do you have an AT&T Access ID? If not, please Create an Access ID or Find it if you already have one.

Yes I logged in before then it stopped.

I have the exact same issue. The app logs in fine, verifies information and then crashes. It’s not an account issue and I’m able to log in with no problem on my iPhone.
