DirectTV app won’t connect
I recently upgraded to a whole home dvr. The tech direct connected to the internet prior to the router using coax cable. When I try to use the DTV app on my iPad it has a different IP address than the dvr/receiver and doesn’t find the dvr. Does anyone have a fix for this or do I need to have the tech come back out and connect to the router via Ethernet? There doesn’t seem to be a Wi-Fi option to connect. Any help is appreciated!
