Direct TV/ TV APPS

I made the mistake of tethering internet to TV... now the TV APP section comes up aprox. Every 3 minutes...it says connect now... ( uses my data)

Connect later...does not matter how many times you say connect later...its back!!!

How do I get rid of it. SO VERY ANNOYING

DTV has nothing to do with your TVs internet connection or its Apps asking to connect.  Disconnecting the internet from the TV should fix the problem but then the TV will not get any updates.

Hot spot used / app comes up says Do you want to connect or not now every 3 min for past 48 hours...cant enjoy tv...js
