My app doesn't show my recent dvr recordings. It shows recordings that have been deleted for months, but not the current list. What do I need to do to correct this?

We suggest troubleshooting the DirecTV app to get your recent recordings to load. We have a helpful guide here in the forums that will show you how. Start with the section titled App Troubleshooting.
We also suggest resetting your receiver first to make sure everything is refreshed and up to date.
