Direct TV app will not load

I have tried and and tried for MONTHS to watch direct TV on my phone. I have downloaded the app multiple times, have updated everything, have gone into the ATT store for help(which I got the “huh, I’ve never seen that happen before” response). I have chatted online with Direct TV AND NOBODY CAN HELP ME!!!

 

My monthly rates are going to get jacked up again this month after their “promotion” deal expires. (Seriously, is you can offer me that rate now then just offer it to me all the time). So, instead of calling in a hundred times trying to find somebody that will give me a good deal it may be time to cut ties after 14 years with direct TV. 

Not one bit happy with the constant confusion between ATT/Direct tv logins and where to go to find answers. Plus there constant rate increases and then not being able to watch on my phone...it’s all about useless anymore.

We are here to help with your DirecTV app. What error are you receiving?

 

You can try re-synchronizing your accounts services and channels using our refresh your DirecTV services. This will synchronize your account with your DirecTV app permissions.
