My app keeps stopping.I have tried everything you have said but still no luck. So what else do I do

We haven't said anything, this is your first post on the issue. If you had already contacted customer support (phone or chat), be aware this is just a public forum of other customers. We can certainly try and help, but we have no access to your account. All we can go on is what you post here.
To be sure you have DirecTV (satellite) and not the new DirecTV Now (rebranded as AT&T TV Now) that is for streaming only? (2 separate TV services, so want to make sure which one it is).
What device is the app on?
At what point is it stopping?
Do you get a specific error message?
What have you tried to solve the issue?
