Direct TV app for my phone

It won't show videos but I get sound

We suggest troubleshooting the DirecTV app with our helpful guide. Start with the section titled App Troubleshooting. If you're still not getting video afterward, let us know, and we'll figure out what your next step should be.

Is your phone connected to a TV? If so, the video will be disabled as the app doesn't support airplay/casting/tethering to another screen.

 

Otherwise...

 

What exact phone do you have?

Have you updated, or even completely reinstalled the app?

Checked for other updates on the phone?

Reset phone?

Pulled battery for a minute (if battery is removable)

Do you get any error message?

Does it affect all shows?

Checked phone's internet speed where you try to use it?

Is DirecTV watchable on your computer or also having issues?
