Direct TV app for Moto Action one

All of a sudden, my direct TV app has been giving me many problems. It has been telling me to check my network connections and relaunch app. My husband has a Moto z 3, his app is problem at all! I have uninstalled the app 3 or 4 times. I have cleared the cache and storage, I have made sure all the setting and permissions were set to allow everything. I have restarted my phone, I have done everything. (I will NOT do a factory reboot) I know it's not my's the app.

Hey, @jelko521. We'd be glad to help with your DIRECTV app.


Since you've already tried all the device troubleshooting you may want to try Rebooting your Router. If you have internet with us you can also try using the Smart Home Manager to see if your device is properly connected to the network.
