Cut off all the time from chat!!

I am ALWAYS cut off from chat and none of my account problems are solved. I can’t pick up the phone at my job and call in and there is no email option so I have to use chat. I have been a cell and satellite customer for more than 20 years and I am absolutely fed up with this customer service. When chatting you know who I am, what my email is and cell phone number so why don’t your “agents” contact me back!!!!!????

No reason has been stated, but it may possibly be the reason for no email support is it is not "live" like Chat or calling in.

If you are constantly disconnecting from their Chat option, then the alternative is calling DirecTV when off work. Unlike the AT&T side which has more traditional business hours, DirecTV customer support is open until Midnight (EST).
