can nott log into app

I have the iPhone 6 and the Directv app will not allow me to log in. Error reads: We couldn't find this email address/AT&T Access ID and password combination on file. Please try entering the info again. When I press okay, it goes to a U-Verse app so I can not re-enter.  I called Directv - no help.  They said my login is correct and since I can login online to my user name and password are both correct.  Just can't use the app on my phone.

I understand how frustrating that can be, let’s see what we can do!

We have a troubleshooting page that can assist with login issues on the DirecTV APP. Also, if you have no done so already, try uninstalling and reinstalling the APP.

Let us know if you’re able to login once you’ve tried the troubleshooting above.
