Att account app

When I try to log into the app to view my account for direct tv it says it’s not eligible

Let's work on the app issue so you have more control of your account @Sanabria1490.

 

  • Has the app worked for you before and this is a recent issue? If a recent problem, you may need to check for system updates or app updates if not set for auto-updates.
  • With your login is it working to fully access your account on the website? This could indicate a login issue if not allowing that. The best resolution would be to follow the reset password which should synch everything up again.
  • Do you have other AT&T services or just Directv? Depending on how long you have been a member with only Directv services it could be an issue where you need to use the Directv app.
