app not working

every channel says THIS CONTENT CANNOT BE PLAYED AT THIS TIME. PLEASE TRY AGAIN TO WATCH

Let’s get your entertainment back.

 

To begin we recommend refreshing your service.

  • Go to myAT&T account overview and select My DIRECTV.
  • Choose Manage Package then Manage receivers.
  • Select Refresh receiver.
  • Wait 5 minutes. Your DIRECTV service may be interrupted during the refresh process.

Next we will try these steps to re-sync the app and your account.

Keep in mind this may be related to your device, for help with mobile devices we recommend using our “Troubleshoot & Resolve” tool which can give you specific guidance depending on your device.
