Why is it so difficult to move around in the att and direct tv websites.

I wouild like to see my bill, especially since two channels have been pulled either by At&T or by the Station Owner.....Still I am paying for something I can't access.  I was told I would receive credit.  But I cannot even get to my bill to check it.

Thanks for reaching out! We'd be glad to help you view your bill.

If you are having trouble using our websites to view your bill, we'd recommend clearing your browser history, cookies, & cache if you haven't already. In the meantime, you can View your bill online. If you are unable to view it online, you can try getting the myAT&T app and viewing it from there.
