This is ridiculous that I keep calling the rewards department and they give me the run-around. I have to sit on hold for 40: minutes. For them to not provide accurate information is unacceptable.

it has now been 53 minutes and i have yet spoke to a real person. my reward is for $100 that is wrong, that was for the extra trouble we had, i am also suppose to receive a $200 visa card....this is ridiculous!!!!!

they are actually cheating , there is no rewards they want to give.
in Costco if you ask and get the internet , they will say in three months you will get it.
after three months when you call the rewards center , they will say after 120 day if you call it gone.
so it explains
