sharing positive customer service experience
@ATTMarianaCM I would like to give positive feedback regarding a customer service call I had this morning. I had several issues with my bill. I only got her first name so hopefully you can see in my account her associate details - her name was Ashley.
Unfortunately, I have had quite a few poor customer experiences with AT&T lately and this was a very nice surprise. I explained my issue, she understood and went to work correcting it. Then she confirmed when my credits would show. She was clear, concise and resolved my issue very quickly. I wish more customer service reps were this good!
