Roof Damage

I have been trying to get my roof fixed after a technician damaged it over 2 years ago and never told us about it.  We found out about the damage when we were taking down the dish for hurricane Irma.  We tried multiple times to contact direct tv only to be rerouted and hung up on and then finally got to ESIS.  We gave them all the info and a repair estimate with pictures and they were supposed to send out an adjuster but we have no idea if they did.  We were finally denied once with ESIS only to never be told it was denied even though it was clearly damage due to dish installation.  We have filed another claim only to not hear back.  On this forum, I see others have had this problem.  [Edited to comply with Guidelines]

We understand you're having an issue with damage that was cause to your roof after installation and the tech didn't advise you of the damage.
