Reward Cards Expired

I have 2 reward cards that I just tried using and they are expired. I need to get replacement cards. Please help!

I got them in November and I have been doing work ups with my job getting ready to go overseas so I haven’t been home as much.

Did you get a visa card or a gift card? Gift cards does not need to be activated and never expires, but the visa card needs to be activated and expires 6 months after issuance.

To get the needed help, we suggest that you reach out to the reward team at 800 288 9983 7:00am to 7:00pm (CST), Monday through Friday.

Hello,

They have expiration printed on front like any other card. If expired, no guarantees, but try the reward center that issues them here: "Reward center to check the status on your refund. They can be reached directly at 800. 288. 9983 or rewardcenter.att.com"
