Promised package price not honored acct *****

I was promised a bundle price of $92.99 before taxes by going from Dish to DIRECTV in a telephone conversation on 7/13/15 by Cookie in the Dayton office. This conversation was finished at 5:05 pm EST. This included Internet and landline Uverse and DIRECTV. I have called several times about this and the last time I called a representative told me she had sent Cookie a message and she would call me. I have heard nothing from her and I am still receiving bills that are much higher.
