Problem signing into DirecTV.com - redirects to AT&T

I'm having a problem ever since this merger took place.
When ever I try signing into DirecTV.com it redirects to AT&T sign in page, but signing in either results in a "We're experiencing technical difficulties" message, or provides no means to manage the DirecTV account.

 

I also tried just going to AT&T's website manually (I type the url in) and sign into att.com, there's none of my DirecTV information available there. How am I suppose to view or pay my bill, or manage my account?

 

To top it off, I ALSO tried using my AT&T info to sign into directv.com but that doesn't work either.

 

This is a complete dibacle.

4 years and this loop hasn't been fixed yet?   Absolutely ludicrous!!

I still can't get into my DirecTV account.

Still not resolved. I have no idea how much I owe or how to even check my account. The first opportunity I have to cancel you bet I will!

I've checked for months for a fix, but nothing until today.

 

(Note, this info is for the Directv Now service - As it seems to have the same issues as others are describing)

 

I came across a different att link today that actually let me login to change account settings. (been trying to remove hbo for 2 months)

if you try to stream, it will dump you back to the regular directv now site. but for account settings etc, it worked for me.

Hope it helps for those looking to cancel service, or change plan.

as for streaming, it didn't work.

 

 

A fix is way over due for this issue.

i've tried multiple browsers, PC's, Phones, cleared Cache, Incognito mode,  same thing. on WoW internet service.

other family members in different homes is having the issue as well. (WoW Internet)

I just got Dirctv with my brothers and i can not find my account with the account number why?

DirecTV used to be the BEST, that is until the piece of (Edited per community guidelines) worthless AT&T took it over!  Now it is controlled by a bunch of incompetent (Edited per community guidelines) that have no clue what they are doing!  The AT&T WORTHLESS CUSTOMER NO-SERVICE is nothing but a BAD JOKE!  

 

DirecTV controlled by AT&T is the perfect excuse for switching to DISH!  

 

AT&T is the biggest CLUSTER-F-x# that exists in the USA! 

   

Not only is it a perfect reason to go to DISH, AT&T is the perfect WORTHLESS EXCUSE to go to Comcast!  

 

AT&T hires the (Edited per community guidelines) from India and they think they know what they are doing when they don't, they are (Edited per community guidelines) of the highest caliber!  If they are so smart, why do the leave India? Why don't they improve their third world crapper of a country?  WHY?  Because they DON'T KNOW HOW!

I just wanted to keep this thread alive because it’s October 22, 2020 and I am *still* experiencing the problem with the logins caused by the merge. I have a legacy directv account that just stopped working in any web browser or app. Password resets work but I cannot log into the account after resets either. I suspect this may be part of the reason directv is shedding customers at an alarming rate and directv will end up sold or worse. I’ve never had a problem with support, but nobody can fix it.  😔

I’m not sure what number you called on because I get so many scam/spam calls that I’ve blocked with the call protect so I’m not sure if yours was one of those. I would call tomorrow but I am on the road so the best I can do is Monday
