Been trying to set up a payment extension on my online account but it will not allow me to

if your past due then the system wont allow an extention it must be requested before the due date of your bill. If this isnt the case you will need to call in or chat in using the contact us link at the bottom of the page

@Payave  no chat cant help with an extension the only way is to log into your account
