why can i not print the confirmation from the web page right after I made payment.  the email i get for payment does not contain the confirmation number for the payment.  Can print every place else on the website except for the payment screen. Have been able to do this for a long time.

Hello @maduser,

We are sorry you were unable to print the payment confirmation.  After you make your payment, there should be a smaller "print" button available.  You can also pull your statements from your account by signing into "My Account" and can print paid bill statements from there (link here).
