NFL Ticket - Free Offer

I received an email offer on August 1, 2017  offering Free NFL Ticket for 2017 "with no strings attached" and accepted on or about that same day.
 
I received my Direct TV statement on August 11th and found that I was charged for the NFL Sunday Ticket.
 
Last week I called Direct TV Customer Service and was told that I had to speak with the Sports Channel Department. I was transferred and after 2 "hold" periods told that I would be getting a credit. So far NO CREDIT!
 
I feel like I was scammed!
 
What gives?

You raise a great concern about the NFL ticket!  We would like to further investigate this and help discover a resolution.  I’m glad you reached out to us!


I will need you to please send me a private message to @ATTCares to gather details for your account and situation.  Please also provide me with your name, account number, and the type of AT&T service you have (ex. Wireless, U-Verse, DirecTV, etc).  If there are any additional details which will be beneficial for further help, I would appreciate it.
